MoeVox sells one-time credit packs that you spend on research samples, reports, and other paid features. This policy explains how purchases, payments, and refunds work.
Credits Purchase
Credits are sold as one-time packs. When you buy a pack, the credits are added to your account balance and can be used toward sampling responses and other paid features.
The price, credit amount, and available pack sizes are shown at checkout. We may add, change, or remove pack sizes from time to time; the price displayed at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Payment
Payments are processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
When you complete a purchase, the applicable fee is charged in full at that moment.
No Auto-Renewal
MoeVox does not offer subscriptions. All credit purchases are one-time transactions and do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you choose to make another purchase.
Refund Policy
Except as required by applicable law, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused credits, partial purchases, or purchases made in error.
